SOL - Purification Plants

UUSES OF OXYGEN, OZONE AND CARBON DIOXIDE IN PURIFICATION PLANTS: because of the continuous evolution of human activities and of the gradual decrease in the values of polluting agents considered acceptable for re-introduction in the environment, the capacity of purifying plants needs to be updated continually or in any case it is necessary to find systems of giving greater flexibility to plants whose nature makes them very rigid.

SOL - Solvent Recycling Plants

To manufacture some industrial products such as adhesive tape, rubberised fabrics, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics a large quantity of chemical solvents is used. Regulations on the release of these solvents into the air that keep getting more stringent as well as economic reasons that encourage recycling have contributed to the spreading of plants for the destruction and recycling of the solvents. The use of nitrogen in these plants, connected both to the cryogenic properties of the nitrogen and to its inertia, seems to be the most modern solution and also the one that is most suitable to environmental protection needs. SOL can promote the installation of plants for solvent destruction and recycling for a great variety of users also by associating with other plant engineering companies specialised in this field.

SOL - Environmental Reclamation Plant

With the applications that SOL has developed to reclaim contaminated areas and using adequate technological solutions, it is possible to reduce and also in some cases to eliminate completely polluting substances present in the ground, in the subsoil, in superficial or underground waters. The actions that SOL proposes for the reclamation and environmental reinstatement of polluted areas favour the reduction of the material moved as well as treatment on the site and multiple usage of the soil, of the subsoil and of filling material subject to reclamation, in compliance with the recent Ministerial Decree N. 471 of 25 October 1999.
