Solberg - Straight Through Liquid Separator

Inlet air with potentially harmful liquid and large particulate enters the housing and is separated by a baffle mechanism and directional air flow changes. The larger particles and liquid drop down and collect at the bottom of the separator. The float capsule within the separator screen rises with the liquid level until max capacity and limits the flow, thereby protecting the pump from damage.

Filter Silencers for Blowers & Compressors

FS Series: Stamped Steel Filter Silencers remove dirt and debris before the intake of air compressors and blowers/fans. The sturdy carbon steel construction makes it ideal for most applications. PS Series: Molded Polymer Filter Silencers are used on a variety of small air compressors and equipment that need a small breather. Replace just the element or the whole assembly.

Lateral Access Filter Silencers

Lateral Access Filter Silencers: Reduces size of sound enclosures and simplifies maintenance, Up to 1100 SCFM (1870 m3/hr). 99%+ removal efficiency standard Polyester: 5 microns, Paper: 2 microns. Temp (continuous): min -15° F ( -26° C) max 220° F (104° C). Filter change out differential: 15-20" H2O over initial delta P. Pressure drop graphs available upon request. Corrosive resistant carbon steel construction with powder coat finish. Multiple silencing features to reduce and deaden sound: Tubular Silencing - Tubes placed to maximize attenuation; Quiet Band Support - "Quiet band" technology utilized sound suppression in the design of the housing. 1/8" tap hole.

Enhanced Filter Silencers for Blowers

2G Series: This compact multi-stage silencing filter is readily available for North American users. Primarily used on PD blowers, the compact size helps minimize overall blower package footprint, thereby reducing a variety of costs. The multi-stage silencing feature reduces noisy environments created by the blower package. QB Series: This heavy-duty filter silencer has integrated silencing tubes that reduce noise attenuation, and an enhanced hood that minimizes package vibration. Available in metric, threaded, and flanged configurations.

Solberg - Code Vessels

Solberg offers custom designed and fabricated vessels of varying sizes and configurations. Solberg can also provide code stamped vessels that meet ASME U-Stamp or PED Pressure Vessel Directive. We will work to ensure that the custom vessel suits the site installation along with the required guidelines of ASME Section VIII or PED without compromising the superior filtration Solberg is known for.

Solberg - Alternative Finishes

Stainless Steel Powder Coating: Solberg offers this unique finish for carbon steel and aluminum housings, allowing them to be used in a variety of applications that normally need stainless steel construction. This coating, referred to as S3, meets FDA 21 CFR 175.300 requirements and is approved for incidental contact. Housings coated with this finish may also be considered for use in corrosive environments, pharmaceutical applications, wastewater treatment, chemical wash down applications, and many more.
