TFT-LCD/OLED: Soleras offers metal targets (Al, Cu, Mo and Ti) with dialed-in purity and grain-size characteristics. Our portfolio includes custom-engineered high-purity extruded metal targets. We also have in-house bonding capabilities in China for high-volume display manufacturers in Asia.

Soleras offers a broad portfolio of rotary targets for web coating applications, including the following materials: Ag, Nb and Si. We also provide planar form factor targets.

Soleras is the primary supplier of Li targets for thin film battery (TFB) applications in both rotary and planar form factors. Value-added services to end users include sputtering, handling and disposal solutions.
