EASY MODELis an efficient and simple to use system to build very precise models. This system makes it possible to replace the plaster base of the model with a plexiglass base.

Many industrial and household cleaners are not suitable for the ultrasonic cleaning treatments because they may contain aggressive compounds like acids or alkaline solutions (for example sodium hypochlorite) that contains chlorine that cause corrosion as soon as coming directly into contact with the steel tank during ultrasonic wave propagation.

For the electronics industry, SOLTEC has developed SONICA PCB Cleaner, a ready to use cleaning agent free of hazardous solvents, specifically designed for rapid removal of residual solder paste, flux and dirt residues from various kinds of electronic cards. It`s excellent for deep cleaning of SMT and traditional circuit boards.

SONICA dryers are expressly designed to dry parts after ultrasonic cleaning process. After rinsing we reccomend a final rinsing with demineralizated water. Just place wet parts into the dryer, set temperature and time and start the process.

To be connected to the ultrasonic cleaning tank. Particles appearing during cleaning are extracted by filter. This way, service life of the bath is extended and cleaning efficency is retained.

To be connected to the last rinsing tank in the row, in order to remove stain making water residues occuring during drying process on the cleaned parts.

To be connected to the ultrasonic cleaning tank, if parts soiled with oily or greasy contaminations are to be cleaned. Dirt accumulations floating on the bath`s surface are led via the overflow gutter into the oil separator, and are separated by means of gravitation.
