PREDICELL^TM, the world’s first commercially available ready-to-use uptake transporter assay kits for the following transporters: ASBT MATE1 MATE2K NTCP OAT1 OAT3 OATP1B1 OATP1B3 OATP2B1 OATP1A2 OCT1 OCT2 OCTN1 OCTN2 PREDICELL^TM kits enable interaction studies with drug uptake transporters. The kits contain transfected as well as parental control cells on tissue culture plates. Transporter interactions are detected through changes in accumulation inside the cells. The assays are available as: 96-well kit for inhibition studies, 24-well kit for direct uptake studies (substrate assessment)

Licensing

Cell line Licenses

SOLVO Biotechnology offers the possibility for licensing cell lines. Under the standard terms of a license agreement, you will be granted the rights to use the cell line for ten years, royalty free (except for CROs). You can opt in for a yearly maintenance fee for free replacement of the cells at any time. Acceptance criteria for performance of the cell lines (e.g. signal to noise ratio) are included in the agreement. Cells that do not meet the criteria will be replaced. Upon signing the agreement you will receive 2 vials of frozen cells, a cell culturing protocol and an assay protocol for running inhibition assays and you will have access to technical support from SOLVO’s staff.
