EP-150 is a double-acting piston pump and is hydraulic drive.Piston pumps are sensitive regarding flow and pressure control. EP-150 Grout Pump have different work pressure and flow according to injection types. The Pump have features to carry out grouting (1 – 5 mm) mixed sand.

TP-45 series Triplex Pumps are generally designated to pump clean water. They can be equipped in three different ways as Electrical motor, Petrol Engine and Hydraulic driven  motor. Triplex Pumps spare parts, stainless steel cylinders, stainless valves, balls and seals can be easily changed. The three cylinders, which are made of steel reinforced stainless stell material, are durable against to corrosion and can be changed easily. The pump safety valve is adjusted according to 45 bar pressure. If the pressure in the system exceeds these values, then the safety valve activates and by means of this the pump housing is protected against to excessive pressure. The pump valve can be adjusted to lower values mentioned above. The pressure values can be observed with a manometer 0-100 bar.

LEVENT 1001 is the smallest and most compact, all-hydraulic mechanized core drill rig in LEVENT range. LEVENT 1001 is ideal for grout hole drilling and coring in narrow tunnels as well as in cramped spaces underground. The core drill is equally efficient for surface drilling operations. The compact design and light weight, makes the LEVENT 1001 easy and fast to set-up for drilling. This in turn offers quicker moves between drill sites, without disturbing normal production routines in the mine, or grouting sequences in dam galleries. Bearing in mind the core drill’s speed of rotation, its rating and chuck diameter,LEVENT 1001 is best suited to drill holes 36-46mm in diameter. Max. spindle bore diameter is 50mm.
