In addition to conventional advice about component design and machine concepts for customized special machines and equipment, SONOTRONIC offers you the special tools of “Simultaneous Engineering” within your product development.

In our R&D laboratory, we develop new applications for the use of ultrasound and other technologies and continuously improve existing processes. We will also do customised sample work for you and advise you until the ideal solution is found. In the R&D work of SONOTRONIC, our customers see competent partners offering advice and solving problems in plastics and textile processing, using ultrasonic, infrared and hot plate technologies. Environmental engineering is another area of innovative development. Through commercial partnerships and scientific co-operation, as well as our closeness to our customers and the different markets, we have succeeded in constantly developing and improving our technologies.

Using outstanding technical knowledge and experience from more than 1000 successfully completed projects, we engineer special machines for various applications: ranging from ultrasonic welding machines for sealing thermoplastic packaging through to robot systems for the flexible, ultrasonic punching of bumpers. Our customers receive from SONOTRONIC reliable, tested products, which are engineered in regular consultation to the latest state of the art.

At the request of the customer, our qualified skilled workers carry out maintenance work on machines at regular intervals. We reply to repair enquiries with short response times and appropriate solutions. At regular intervals, we carry out planned and ad-hoc maintenance work on the machines, either at the customers’ premises or at SONOTRONIC. At the same time, we balance various parameters, check, amongst other things, the ultrasonic components and replace faulty or worn components. If necessary, we update machines and tools by rebuilding or enlarging them.

The after-sales service of SONOTRONIC is available Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. We can be reached 24 hours a day on our service hotline. Our after-sales service staffs are available at any time to provide advice and practical support, so that you can benefit from our outstanding technical knowledge.
