Box tippers transfer produce from boxes to the working line. They can be combined to depalletizers to get a fully automatic infeed. We offer two models of continuous-cycle tippers; one has been designed to obtain maximum hourly productivity, the second to ensure maximum gentle handling.

Bin tippers convey large quantities of product to the automatic working line. We offer three models, two automatic with continuous cycle and one semi-automatic, which differ in the quantity of bins that the tipper can accommodate.

Brushing is generally used to carry out an initial cleaning of products covered with earth or dust, such as potatoes, or to eliminate the hair on products like kiwis and stone fruits, where we install a suction and collection device for the organic material. All our brushes are specifically designed for each product and are all made from natural hair. A bypass belt can also be installed, which, if wishing to avoid brushing, can go straight onto the next step.

Soil, dust and chemical residues present in certain products have to be removed before they can be marketed. In order to ensure correct, complete cleaning, our washing machines do three things: they rinse, wash and dry the fruit.

To make a product stand out on shelf, beyond waxing, customers can decide to buy a polishing station, too.
