SJ Series of extruders offer the best in value single screw extruders available on the market today. The SHJ Series of co-rotating twin screw extruders offer the best in value extruders available on the market today. Manufactured with the highest quality standards and industry designs, while meeting the industry expected reliability. SHJ Series extruders can be customized to meet the individual needs of the application.

SJZ Series is a conical twin screw extruder.  It is mainly used in the production of PVC pipe and profiles.  The system is made up of a conical twin screw extruder, vacuum forming machine, haul off machine, cutter, and packing system.  The extruder and haul off machine are interconnected for continuous process control.  Below is a chart of available sized systems.

KS Series of extruders are specialized systems for recycling scrap materials (film, sheet, pipe). They incorporate the same designs as the SJ series but run the scrap material through two single screw extruders for added screen filtration and gasing of the material. This series of lines offer a high degree of automation which allows for high production output while maintaining quality product.

KP Series of extruders are compounding systems for pelletizing heat sensitive materials. The system consists of two stages, the first is a SHJ co-rotating twin screw extruder for melting and mixing the material, and the second series is a SJ single screw extruder for metering material into the pelletizer. This system allows for better control of shearing and compounding the material without the overheating problems seen on a single screw extrusion system. It is best suited for PVC and other heat sensitive materials.

Our machines are capable of shredding, washing, separation and drying for post consumer or waste plastics (rigid and film). You will begin with waste material and finish with clean, dry flakes, that are ready for pelletizing, injection or blow-molding. The main applications are agricultural film (containing up to 70% sand and mud); injection and blow-molded products; and bottles (PE and PET).

Used tires are a severe problem for the environment. The ever increasing traffic volume results in even faster growing tire mountains. Our tire recycling systems were created to solve the problem efficiently and effectively. With advantages such as full-automation (without steel wire manual debeading), normal temperature processing and no secondary pollution, the machines are easy to use by operators without special training.

E-waste doesn`t have to be wasteful if you separate the different types of material for reuse. Our machinery can handle refrigerators, printers, TV sets, circuit boards, cables and more. Using our proven technology, e-waste metals are pressed into balls without the need for an additional hydraulic baling machine.

K Series Single Shaft Shredders are heavy duty size reduction machines suitable for processing a wide range of materials. These shredders are ideal for the size reduction of flexible and/or medium hardness hollow products in bales. The fast acting, PLC controlled swing pusher automatically forces material to the rotor according to motor loading. This maximizes material throughput. Machine capacities typically range between 1,500kg/hr. –9,000kg/hr. depending on the model, material type and application.
