Metal-Rec 40 is a sodium dimethyldithiocarbamate-based formulation that is designed to provide low-cost treatment of circuit board wastewater and other heavily chelated metal waste streams. Additional coagulant generally required when using this product. These are the most popular of our Metal-Rec line, but are only few of more than one dozen different Metal-Rec treatment chemistries we manufacture. As with our other product lines, custom blends are available if our standard products do not meet all your needs.

SWT provides a full line of coagulant products for wastewater clarification. These products are designed to work in conjunction with SWT’s Insolmet and Metal-Rec lines of precipitants. A wide variety of coagulant options are available to provide the best mix of water clarity, upset minimization, sludge generation, ease of use, and product cost. Because we are a manufacturer, not a reseller, we can provide custom blends to meet specific needs. In most cases, we can go from laboratory testing to production in just a few days. SWT offers a selection of anionic and cationic flocculants in both liquid and dry forms. These flocculants are used in wastewater plants to improve sludge dewatering, filtration, sedimentation, flotation and other separation processes. It is recommended that centrifugal pumps not be used for pumping polymer. Below is a sample of the most popular of our flocculant products, but we have over 40 different flocculant options available to meet specific strength, molecular weight, solubility and potability needs.
