Expert - Partial Discharge Monitor
The Expert TMS-5141 is a four channel partial discharge trending system with a true color LCD to display all the necessary information for the commissioning and surveillance of Hydro Generators, Turbo Generators and High Voltage Machines. The noise gating channel and variable LP Filter separates noise from actual partial discharge signals. The actual partial discharge levels for each individual channel (phase) are displayed on a bar graph and real time partial discharge activities are displayed in oscilloscope view and through a colorised phase resolved pattern.
Escort - Partial Discharge Monitor
The Escort TMS-6141 is a portable four channel partial discharge monitoring system with a true color LCD to display all the necessary information for the commissioning and surveillance of high voltage equipment. The noise gating channel and variable LP Filter separates noise from actual partial discharge signals. The actual partial discharge levels for each individual channel (phase) are displayed on a bar graph and real time partial discharge activities are displayed in oscilloscope view and through a colorised phase resolved pattern. The touch functionality of the LCD display allows the user to set parameters, and to visualise the partial discharge signals without the use of an additional computer. Optionally a computer can be connected through the built in Ethernet Interface to store permanently measured results. Individual 4-20mA and relay outputs per channel are available.

Magnetic Flux Monitor
The UDL-M8009 Magnetic Flux Monitor monitors the presence of rotor flux abnormalities that are caused by the deterioration of the rotor winding. Operational stresses caused by fluctuating load balances expedite the deterioration of rotor winding insulation in aging machines. Manufacturing and installation defects can also damage the rotor winding in new machines.

Magnetic Flux Sensor
The ASCF Series Flexi Flux is one of the ASC family of airgap search coils used to detect faults in the rotor winding insulation of turbo generators. The probe is installed on the wedge within the airgap between rotor and stator, the integrated small high temperature cable allows an easy routing outside of the machine. The open wire design allows for cables to be laid trough the ventilation holes instead of passing it through the endwinding section.
Magnetic Flux Sensor
The ASC-2016 Magnetic Flux Sensor is one of the ASC family of airgap search coils to detect faults in the rotor winding insulation of turbo generators. The body is made out of fiber glass and the sensing element is encapsulated within high temperature epoxy resin. As many machine designs are different, the ASC-2016 Magnetic Flux Sensor is typically custom designed for each type of machine.
