Industrial Water Treatment Testing Engineering Services

Spartan offers applied ozone engineering services for various industrial water treatment applications, including cooling tower water treatment, odor control and removal, and industrial water and wastewater treatment. These services are provided in conjunction with our partner, De Nora, for larger water treatment applications. De Nora has several engineers and scientists who have provided both basic and detailed engineering for complete ozone treatment processes for several decades. De Nora supplements its full-time staff with experts from research institutes familiar with ozone and its applications. Spartan Environmental Technologies coordinates the provision of De Nora engineering services in the US and Canada.

Laboratory Services

For evaluations of ozone or advanced oxidation process (AOP) for water treatment, laboratory studies can be conducted to provide an initial feasibility analysis. Spartan Environmental Technologies can conduct ozone and AOP bench studies in an EPA certified water treatment laboratory. 

Water Treatment Pilot Plant Services

Due to the complex nature of most wastewater applications, it is usually necessary to conduct pilot plant studies. Piloting for advanced oxidation process (AOP) provides useful information for the design of a full-scale wastewater treatment system. Spartan Environmental Technologies’ pilot plant services develop the necessary engineering data to design and estimate the cost of an ozone or advanced oxidation process (AOP) to meet your treatment objectives. On top of demonstrating and confirming the capability of the selected appropriate water treatment process, pilot testing can be used to test fluctuations in water quality that may impact the water treatment performance. This testing helps reveal unanticipated challenges prior to the construction of a full-scale water treatment system.
