Spears New GripLoc™ CTS CPVC Push-On Couplings are designed to provide safe, reliable connections for transition to copper pipe and to aid in quick repairs without use of solvent cement. Permanent installation and sealing prevents inadvertent separation of pipe – an extremely important aspect of use in hot water distribution systems.

Spears patented SR technology is now available in a new PVC & CPVC Encapsulated SR design. Specii cally produced for use in harsh ambient chemical environments where exposed stainless steel cannot be tolerated. h e external reinforcing ring of Spears regular SR Female Adapter is fully encapsulated in PVC or CPVC plastic for maximum chemical resistance.  Available in IPS sizes 1/4” through 2”.

Spears® Manufacturing Company 2000 series PVC/CPVC valves provide an advantage when changing from one valve type to another is required. Each valve in our 2000 series family of PVC/CPVC valves is designed with identical laying length dimensions and union nut design allowing for quick valve cartridge replacement of one valve type to another in just minutes. Spears® Low Extractable PVC provides a superior, cost effective alternative to conventional high purity piping system materials while providing ease of installation without jeopardizing water quality. Specially developed for ultra-pure water systems in semiconductor, electronics, university research laboratories, hospital dialysis, industrial laboratories, Federal and state police forensic laboratories and biotechnology applications, Spears® Low Extractable PVC material has been subjected to independent laboratory leach studies during both static and dynamic exposure to 18.2 meg-ohm deionized water. Tests have shown relatively low TOC, Anion/Cation and trace metal contamination levels in comparison to conventional high purity piping system materials including PVDF and Natural Polypropylenes.
