CAB HVAC Console Integrated
The INTEGRATED CAB HVAC is an 8.0kW evaporator air conditioning and 3.0kW heating system. The evaporator is an integrated boxed enclosure which is mounted inside the cab, center front of the dash. The ducting interface is flexible and custom designed to suit the cab and dash specific-layout. Mounting brackets are designed to suit the required interfaces. The evaporator has 2 dual scroll blowers to allow for high pressure losses in constrained air ducts. A condenser pack in enclosed condenser unit is included, which is mounted on the outside of the front cab as a separate module containing condenser, heat exchanger and cooling fans. The 121cc displacement (motor driven) compressor is mounted directly on a separate 74VDC motor, including clutch. DC to DC power inverter is mounted outside cabin.

HVAC Rooftop Urban Force Vehicles
Roof mounted modular air conditioning system (ACU) to supply 14kW cooling to ensure a cabin temperature of 23 - 26°C max in a 55°C ambient, provided the vehicle is thermally insulated. The aircon is a single evaporator design with a single 313cc compressor belt driven on the APU engine. The APU/ACU system does not restrict the standard operational features of the vehicle in terms of firing and mobility. The system uses quick coupler connections so that the APU system can be removed without losing the refrigerant charge. The electrical connections, looms between the aircon, power units, electronic control panels and electrical control gear are designed and selected for operation in military environments, which include adverse temperatures as well as severe shock and vibration.

Modular air conditioning system (ACU) to supply 13kW cooling to ensure a cabin temperature of 23 – 26°C max in a 55°C ambient, provided the vehicle is thermally insulated. 8kW heating is integrated into the aircon evaporator coils and connected to the vehicle engine hot water as a heat source. The aircon is a dual evaporator with engine mounted condenser configuration, with a single 313cc compressor which is belt driven from the vehicle engine. The 70 litre chiller cools drinking water for vehicle occupants and is dispensed directly inside the vehicle by means of a small electric pump & water tap. The aircon unit is equipped with custom designed electronic controllers, capable of all control and safety functions. The controller activates subsystems as required to regulate the cabin temperature to the desired setting on the control panel (HMI).

Air Conditioning Unit (Acu)
The MK150 (MicroKool) air conditioner provides reliable cooling for industrial enclosures in extremely high ambient temperature environments. It is small, lightweight and very powerful for its size. Typical applications are high temperature factory environments. It can be used to cool switchgear, PLCs, variable speed motor drives (VSDs) and electronics. The trademark aspect of all the aircons in the MicroKool series is that it can be applied and used in ambient temperatures up to 65°C. This aircon is also very easy to maintain and all spare parts are readily available. It is possible to set the enclosure temperature and remotely switch the aircon on or off. The air condition unit is highly ruggedised. Electronic components are protected against gas, dust particles and water in the atmosphere. Special functions such as low refrigerant detection, HP/LP protection and anti-ice protection.
