HYDROPHILIC BENTONITE STRIP FOR WATERPROOFING OF CONSTRUCTION JOINTS IN CONCRETE. SPETEC BST300 is a black hydrophilic strip 25 x 20 mm made of sodium bentonite and rubber with special fillers and crystalline admixture. SPETEC BST300 is manufactured in lengths of 5 meter. The SPETEC BST300 is simply fastened onto an existing joint. In contact with water and in confined conditions, SPETEC BST300 will swell and stop the water infiltration.

In contact with water the SPETEC® STOP H100 will expand and set as a permanent water seal inside the crack or joint.

2 component polyurethane injection resin for stabilisation applications and void filling.Medium viscous, 2 components, solvent and phthalate free, expansive, polyurethane resin developed for stabilizing railway ballast, for improving and stabilsation of various loose types of soil and filling voids.

Ultra low viscosity acrylic injection resin mainly applied for soil conditioning and screen injections. AP SOILGEL 200 is a resin, based on Acrylic monomers. After injection, the resin gels in a few seconds to a few minutes based on the amount of activator/initiator added just before use. The final injected product is a soft and slightly sticky crosslinked gel which becomes more jelly the more water is added to the base acryl resin.

STOPAQ POLYESTER is a pre-impregnated glass-fibre reinforced polyester lining material, curing by means of UV-light. It is used as an additional mechanical protection and UV-protective layer on steel surfaces coated with STOPAQ® Wrappingband CZH. The lining is 2 mm thick.

UV-resistant, flexible polyvinyl chloride tape, coated with a modified pressure sensitive rubber resin adhesive. The Outerwrap PVC is used for mechanical protection of corrosion protective systems such as Wrappingband CZH. Max. operating temperature resistance is 60 degrees celsius.
