The Body Guard system is a comprehensive safety and monitoring solution designed for industrial applications involving loaders and excavators. This system acts as a supervisor, ensuring material handling operations proceed without risking machine overturning, thus safeguarding operators and preventing equipment damage. The device incorporates several autonomous software licenses, including arm movement limiters, load limiters, rotation management, and dynamic weighing. The system is compliant with the machinery directive 2006/42/CE and follows the UNI EN ISO 13849-1 PL c standards. The Body Guard allows dynamic weighing with a precision of +/-1% to +/-3% of the total load and is resistant to operational shocks.
