The Boomerang weighing system is designed for use in industrial excavators and loaders, providing real-time weight measurements of materials handled, utilizing a highly efficient microprocessor card. Its compact design ensures minimal obstruction and integrates seamlessly with existing cabin instrumentation, enhancing operational efficiency without compromising machine aesthetics. This system leverages precise angular sensors placed on the drilling and lifting arms, facilitating weight calculation by measuring the angles formed during carriage and boom movements. Capable of memorizing weighing points along the boom's lift path, it ensures adaptability to various tasks. Furthermore, the Boomerang system incorporates flatness sensors to adjust for carriage inclinations and compensates for bucket ascent speed variations. The system offers extensive data management capabilities, such as customizable databases for up to 1,000 goods and real-time activity logging through its BLACK BOX feature. It supports TO-4 production data transfer and optional receipt printing for comprehensive operational documentation.

The Body Guard system is a comprehensive safety and monitoring solution designed for industrial applications involving loaders and excavators. This system acts as a supervisor, ensuring material handling operations proceed without risking machine overturning, thus safeguarding operators and preventing equipment damage. The device incorporates several autonomous software licenses, including arm movement limiters, load limiters, rotation management, and dynamic weighing. The system is compliant with the machinery directive 2006/42/CE and follows the UNI EN ISO 13849-1 PL c standards. The Body Guard allows dynamic weighing with a precision of +/-1% to +/-3% of the total load and is resistant to operational shocks. Additionally, the system offers rotation management, crucial for railway environments, preventing interference in restricted areas. Maintenance features alert users to upcoming checks, while global machine control ensures real-time interaction with engine control units, displaying errors and warnings as per SAE J1939-73 standards.
