The Acu-Trac™ Smart 485 family ultrasonic level transducers are designed for continuous liquid level monitoring and liquid level control applications. These non-contact, continuous liquid level transducers can monitor tanks or storage containers that have a depth of up to 1.9 meters (75.69 inches) for gasoline and 2.5 meters (98.4 inches) for other media.

The Fluid-Trac™ cost-competitive liquid level sensor family is ideal for tanks or storage containers that have a depth/height of 32 inches (24 inches for gasoline). These liquid level sensors are chemically compatible with gasoline, diesel fuels, ethanol, oils, fresh water, sewage water, UREA (AdBlue) and engine coolants. A minimum order quantity of 10 units is available through our distribution partner. Orders of 100 units or more are available from the factory direct; test samples are available for larger opportunities.

The Digital Fluid-Trac™ drum liquid level gauge is a cost competitive non-contact, continuous drum liquid level gauge. It is designed for use on vertical drums (≤ 32-inch depths) storing a wide variety of media such as water, wastewater, motor oil, hydraulic fluid, and diesel fuel. The Digital Fluid-Trac™ drum liquid level gauge is NOT intended for use with gasoline. The Digital Fluid-Trac™ drum liquid level gauge is currently available for use with standard 13, 30 & 55-gallon drums.

The P31 MediaNugget absolute & gauge pressure sensors are piezoresistive sensors without signal conditioning for low-cost OEM applications. The MediaNugget family of micro-machined, absolute pressure sensors has optimum media isolation for use with both harsh and benign media. These compact and robust sensors measure pressures from 15 PSI to 5,000 PSI and are well suited for a variety of low-cost OEM applications, especially instrumentation and test & measurement. Minimum order quantity of 150 units, test samples are available for larger opportunities.

The P51 MediaSensor™ family of bulk micro-machined, absolute, sealed and gage pressure sensors are for both harsh and benign media with superior accuracy. The MediaSensor™ family comes in a choice of three pressure sensing type conventions: absolute, vented gauge or sealed gauge. These compact and robust sensors, with a wide variety of fittings, measure pressures from 3 PSI to 7,500 PSI and are well suited for a variety of automotive, industrial and commercial applications.

The P61 Pressure and Temperature MediaSensor™ family consists of bulk micro-machined, absolute and sealed pressure transducers and transmitters for both harsh and benign media. These pressure transducers boast a superior zero/span error of +/- 0.5% full scale at room temperature and +/- 1.00% full scale and a temperature sensor accuracy of ±3 °C over -40 °C to 105 °C. These compact, robust sensors measure pressures from 100 PSI to 3,000 PSI and are well suited for a variety of automotive, industrial, and commercial applications.

The SSI MediaGauge™ family offers four models of digital pressure gauges – three are stand-alone 9 V battery operated, and one uses an external power supply. All MediaGaugeTM digital pressure gauges contain a piezoresistive pressure sensing element, signal conditioning for temperature and calibration, a stainless steel input port, and a 4 Digit Display. A NIST traceable calibration certificate is available on request for an additional fee.
