Beyond these preliminary planning stages, we provide a full range of services to take defined projects to completion successfully. Our staff includes such specialists as certified AAHID healthcare interior designers, and LEED® Accredited Professionals so you will have in-house experts working on your project’s specific criteria. By integrating our architectural services with our robust engineering and construction capabilities, we are able to deliver a smoothly integrated project of any size or complexity. Not all clients need SSOE’s start-to- finish EPCM approach. vWe frequently act as consultants on a specific aspect of a project or we work as members of multi-firm teams.

Early on we realized the potential of 3D Machine Design and Building Information Modeling (BIM) to make the process of going from concept to finished project more streamlined, accurate, and cost effective. We are now ranked in the top 10 of BIM Adopters. These powerful tools allow complex designs to be developed, visualized in 3D, and “built” in the computer. With 3D machine design, we design and test the machine virtually. Using a 3D printer, we can also “print” individual components into a low-cost resin replica that can be tested in an existing machine on the production line. This allows us to identify necessary modifications prior to actual fabrication of the part.

In fact, by 2011, all of our Senior Project Managers will be certified PMPs. As your program managers, we provide direction and leadership for those services to keep all phases aligned with your goals.
