Dedusting

Stanelle - Model Pneufix - Silo Filter

Stanelle - Overpressure/Vacuum Flap

The Stanelle overpressure/vacuum flap is a safety component for silos loaded with compressed air systems. During pneumatic loading processes the combined action of these flaps can compensate for both overpressure and vacuum generated by exhaust fans or collapsing cornices - and so prevent expensive damage to vessels.

Stanelle - Self Contained Overfill Protection System

The Stanelle silo overfill protection is a self contained system. Ready to install in conjunction with the provided pinch valve, max sensor and end surge limiter this controller prevents the silo from overfilling and the silo's interior pressure from exceeding the max value. In addition the controller can also integrate the dedusting filter installed on the silo.

Discharging

Stanelle - Air Jet Loosening System

The air jet loosening system is used to fluidize poorly flowing, technically dry, non-sticky, powdery products. The advantage of the air jet loosening system is that the jets are not located directly in the bulk material stream and can be replaced from the outside.

Stanelle - Discharge Vibrating Cage

The Stanelle discharge vibrating cage functions as a discharge aid for all poorly flowing, bridge building, dry, dust-like to granular bulk goods. Major advantage over air operated systems is that the discharged bulk materials do not contain fluidizing air. This has positive effects during bagging as well as when loading special bulk materials into silo vehicles. The flanged design with 60° discharge can be easily attached or retrofitted to any silo or bunker. Depending on the area of application, the ASK can be furnished in steel, stainless steel, as well as with motors with various power ratings and voltages. Subsequent components can be mounted to the vibrating cone without additional support.

Shut-Off Valves

Stanelle - Model F1 & F2 - Butterfly Valves

The Stanelle Butterfly Valves: simple, rugged components for a wide variety of application conditions. Everywhere where flexible connection is required. A rubber or a cloth collar (or the like) carries over the connection to the flow-operated element. Typical example: Between silo and scale, sieving machine, conveying screw, rotary feeder, etc. For both basic units there are three operating types: Electro-pneumatically actuation, drive-motor actuation, hand drive. If required it is possible to alter the operating type of the butterfly valves accordingly.

Stanelle - Model Type SMFS - Modular Flat Gate

The SMFS type flat gate is attached to silo and vessel discharges and assures optimal sealing of stored dusty and granular bulk goods up to 8 mm grain size. This modular gate allows the installation of manual, pneumatic, or electric motor drives on the same base frame.

Stanelle - Round Gate Valves

The Stanelle round gate functions as a shutoff component or sandwich fitting with hand wheel or pneumatic actuation. When the installed gate is pressurized on one side the pressure is directed on the plate and therefore on the case gasket for the optimal sealing properties.
