SRS - Laser Diode Controller
Introducing the LDC500 Series Laser Diode Controllers — highly stable, low-noise current sources, with integrated temperature controllers — all at very affordable prices. The LDC500 series are the ideal instruments for controlling the current and temperature of your laser diodes. They have the performance and features you expect from instruments costing twice as much.
SRS - Laser Shutter Systems
Introducing two new optical shutter systems from SRS — the SR470 Laser Shutter Controller and SR474 Four-Channel Laser Shutter Driver. These shutter systems are designed specifically to minimize vibration on your optical table. They are built around a unique shutter head, supported by one of two available controller models. The SR470 provides timing signals to a single shutter head, while the multi-channel SR474 drives up to four shutter heads, and is controlled by external timing signals.
SRS - Temperature Controllers
Introducing the PTC10 Programmable Temperature Controller — the ideal instrument for measuring temperature, controlling heaters, and logging temperature data. The PTC10 Programmable Temperature Controller is a modular system that can be configured to suit a wide range of applications. The system consists of the PTC10 Controller and up to four I/O cards — two types of input cards for RTDs and thermocouples, and two types of output cards for driving heaters.
SRS - Cryogenic Temperature Controller
Introducing the new CTC100 Cryogenic Temperature Controller — a high performance instrument that can monitor and control temperatures with millikelvin resolution. The CTC100 Cryogenic Temperature Controller is configured to suit a wide range of research and industrial applications. The system consists of four sensor inputs, two powered and four analog voltage outputs, and up to six feedback control loops.
SRS - Small Instrumentation Modules
SIM—Small Instrumentation Modules—is a compact test and measurement platform for a wide range of applications. Unlike other modular systems, SIM offers complete front-panel as well as remote operation, allowing you to choose between manual and computer control. Up to eight instruments share the same mainframe which provides power, clock synchronization, communications, and module status.
Test & Measurement
SRS - RF Signal Generators to 6 GHz
The SG380 Series RF Signal Generators use a unique, innovative architecture (Rational Approximation Frequency Synthesis) to deliver ultra-high frequency resolution (1 µHz), excellent phase noise, and versatile modulation capabilities (AM, FM, ØM, pulse modulation and sweeps) at a fraction of the cost of competing designs. The standard models produce sine waves from DC to 2.025 GHz (SG382), 4.05 GHz (SG384) and 6.075 GHz (SG386).
SRS - Dual-domain Audio Analyzer
SR1 Dual-Domain Audio Analyzer is a stand-alone instrument that delivers cutting edge performance in a wide variety of audio measurements. With a versatile high-performance generator, an array of analyzers that operate symmetrically in both the analog and digital domains, and digital audio carrier measurements at sampling rates up to 192 kHz, SR1 is the right choice for the most demanding analog and digital audio applications.
Time & Frequency
SRS - Rubidium Oscillator
The FS725 integrates a rubidium oscillator (SRS model PRS10), a low noise universal AC power supply, and distribution amplifiers in a compact half-width 2U chassis. It provides stable and reliable performance, with an estimated 20 year aging of less than 5 × 10-9 and a demonstrated rubidium oscillator MTBF of over 200,000 hours. The FS725 is an ideal instrument for calibration and R&D laboratories, or any application requiring a precision frequency standard.
