Stebatec - Partially Filled Flow Measurement
The double-patented LDM partially filled ultrasonic transit time difference flow meter is a calibrated measuring device for backflow-free detection of wastewater volumes in open channels or in gravity pipes. 10 flow velocity measuring sections distributed over the entire cross section provide accurate flow values when the sensor is partially or fully filled. The level measurement is integrated in the device housing.
Stebatec - Stationary Flow Measurement System
The TF stationary flow measurement partially filled is a calibrated measuring channel for backflow-free flow measurement of wastewater, raw sewage and rainwater in open channels or in gravity pipes. The need for user-pays cost accounting is also increasing in the wastewater system. Especially in view of the increasing demands on precise measurement and control technology, the STEBATEC measuring system offers significant advantages for stationary, partially filled flow measurement.
Stebatec - Stationary Flow Measurement System for Wastewater
High flow velocities, steep gradients, tight spaces, large measuring range. The more difficult the measuring task, the better is stationary flow measurement, which can often be retrofitted into existing structures and shafts. The background of the product is the MID for full filling, which we use in partially filled pipes and channels with individual flow-optimizing measures. Based on years of experience by STEBATEC engineers and investigations in the in-house hydraulic laboratory, tailor-made flow measuring points are created that do justice to measurement accuracy, ease of operation and durability in equal measure. With stationary flow measurement, it is possible to bill industrial wastewater and public wastewater based on the user`s costs. Each proven with a test certificate from the STEBATEC calibration system, which guarantees not only the accuracy of the measuring device, but the accuracy of the entire measuring point.
Stebatec - Portable Flow Measurement System with MID
Measurements are made using a high-precision, portable MID flowmeter that is mechanically protected by a plastic layer and is normally installed in existing shafts and channels without any structural adjustments. A bypass cushion completely seals the channel cross-section and directs the entire amount of water completely through the measuring system. To ensure that the reduction in cross-section does not lead to uncontrolled backflow in the event of a large amount of water, the air is automatically released from the bypass cushion in an emergency.

Stebatec GiWA - Self-sufficient Screen Rake
The self-sufficient GiWA brand sieve screen is driven by the integrated water wheel and can be fully connected to process control systems via mobile communications and monitored in real time. Thanks to the intelligent use of naturally available hydro energy, the entire process does not require a power supply. The environmentally friendly computing operation therefore works reliably even when there is a power shortage. The series-produced and modularly usable self-sufficient screen screen is a very cost-effective investment in a long-term clean future.
