With an innovative high performance sterilizing technology, this small capacity autoclaves are characterized by a chamber completely made of stainless steel AISI 316L and entirely covered by a full jacket system. This new chamber design guarantees excellent performances during the sterilization cycles optimizing and reducing water and steam consumption.

Specially designed for installations with limited space, Steelco LAB 500 SC ensures a consistently efficient washing results. This model is provided with a washing injection system on two independent levels. This new generation compact laboratory glassware washer shares the same technology of our high capacity machine range, for significative improvements in terms of cleaning effectiveness and thermal disinfection performances.

Steelco LAB 500 DRS model is a 90cm/35.43` width laboratory glassware washer equipped with a forced hot air drying  system and a lateral compartment allowing to store up to two 5 lt / 1.62 gal. chemical containers. Steelco-filtered-forced-airSteelco-injection-and-hot-air-on-two-levelsWashing and air drying on two independent levels are standard features of this device. The lateral compartment allows easy operator and maintenance access to the filtered drying system and to the chemical dosing system.

Steelco LAB 1000 glassware washer has been developed for those laboratories that are equipped with centralized washing areas. The machine is provided with a pass-through double door acting as a barrier between the dirty and the clean area. The glassware after the cleaning and drying process will be transferred back to the laboratory for re-use. A 500 mc/h HEPA filtered forced air drying system with adjustable time and temperature settings, helps to ensure the complete inside and outside drying of all the glassware. Two washing pumps, each of them dedicated to separate washing circuits, ensure a high water flow rate combined with effective spray pressure.

In a typical CSSD area, a market standard size trolley washer may not fit in some installation layouts. The footprint of LC 20 is reduced up to 50% when compared to a conventional size trolley washer, and is easy to install for floor level loading with a reduced pit of only 110mm / 4.33" depth.

LC70 has been developed for any Health Care application where large items are required to be cleaned and thermal disinfected. It can treat theatre transport and storage trolleys, sterile containers and operating tables.
