Fully-customizable and available in a variety of pressures and dimensions.  Steelcraft designs and manufactures single-door and dual-door autoclaves in a wide range of pressures (from vacuum to 300 psig) and dimensions (diameters from 24″ to 144″ and lengths up to 150′).  Our autoclaves can be found in a wide range of industries including heat treating, rubber vulcanization, waste sterilization, and wood processing.  Autoclaves provide quick access to pressure vessels through actuation of a locking ring assembly that opens and closes the vessel in a fraction of the time required for standard bolted connections.

Highly-engineered, reliable, and safe quick-opening doors for a variety of vessels and tanks. Steelcraft’s standalone quick-opening doors have been adding value to industrial processes for decades.  Quick-opening doors can oftentimes be used to replace inlet valving on demanding applications in refinery and pulp and paper applications.  They are certified to be direct-welded or bolted to a variety of vessels and tanks and are available with hydraulic actuation.  Units designed for pressure are available up to ASME Class 300 and come with a U-2A partial data report/PED documentation as required.
