Model Steinfurth Nico - Non-Destructive CO2 Measurement
Non-Destructive CO2 measurement – in filled beverage containers. Both taste and shelf life are influenced by the amount of dissolved CO2 gas in beverages. A reliable measurement method is the key to accurate and diagnostically conclusive monitoring of the in-pack CO2 content. NICO uses a unique laser-basedmeasuring technology developed and patented by Steinfurth. The instrument operates independently of packaging related parameters and headspace diameter. A global first, NICO is the only non-invasive handheld CO2 analysis solution on the market.
Model CDA MK-6 - Steinfurth Automatic CO2 Tester
The CDA MK-6 measures pressure and temperature simultaneously, calculates the CO2 content and transfers the measurement results via data-interface to the base-unit. A dynamic sample preparation, low-maintenance construction and easiest calibration round-up the high-precision measurement. Each measurement procedure is ex-factory customized to the specific measuring medium and runs fully automated. The flexible programmable control unit writes every parameter as a measurement protocol in the internal memory, where in detail CO2-content, pressure, temperature, date, time, current number, serial number of the machine and specific sample code enable a perfect conformability. The base unit integrated touchpad allows a direct, color based classification of the measured results; by the beverage quality is perfectly visualized.
Package Testing Equipment
IPPS-Interactively Programmable Pressure Sequencer
Automatic generation and monitoring of pressure sequences in the package testing. Package testing often requires defined pressure sequences. The IPPS can be programmed with up to 99 different pressure sequences. The programming can be done by the operator; special knowledge isn’t necessary. Once programmed, the pressure sequences can be selected and activated. The duration of a sequence can vary from seconds to months. Repetitions are also possible. The IPPS M+S additionally offers the possibility of pressure monitoring and switching of the outlet valves with the possibility to set warnings in case of pressure monitoring outside of specification.
