STEINHAUS Wire mesh conveyor belts are available in various designs.They are made of wires or cords in numerous metallic materials.

Braided wire belts consist of round wire spirals made either from a flat oval (500) or round (550) spiral shape. They are braided in alternate right and left directions and are put together from sections. Braided wire belts are used for conveying light-weight goods such as cell wool, tobacco, matches, glass wadding etc. Group 500 can be produced in a width of up to 5,500 mm and Group 550 in a width of up to 3,000 mm.

Perforated sheets are manufactured with matching apertures at regular intervals by means of punching, drilling or milling. Any material, e.g. steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminium or plastic, can be perforated in virtually any technically feasible geometry.

Rolled baking oven belts are a special product when it comes to material quality, spiral structure, tolerances and applicational requirements, thus helping you to reach easy installation and maintenance with low costs as well as a long operational lifetime.

OPTIMA spiral cylinders are produced with diameters up to 1,022 mm and a length of 5,500 mm. OPTIMA precision filters made by high-precision automatic welding machines, on the other hand,  cover a range from 23 mm to 305 mm in diameter. All OPTIMA products are distinguished by their exceptionally solid construction and are designed for robust use. The considerable compressive strength of the filter tubes can be further increased by reinforcements such as an internal square spiral. Specially developed profiles can give slot widths of up to 6 µm.

OPTIMA slotted screen baskets for screw press separators are used in the agricultural sector for solid/liquid separation of cattle and pig manure. A screw forces the manure horizontally through a slotted screen cylinder to be screened and pressed. Further uses are to be found in biogas installations, slaughterhouses or as green bedding.

Textile Filters are, in many industrial fields – even with the finest impurities – excellently suitable for cost-effective separation of pollutants, or recovery of recyclable material from liquids and gases in existing filter and dust removal systems.
