STEULER-KCH coating systems protect surfaces and equipment in commercial and industrial facilities. For our customers, we match primers with bonding and levelling layers, interlayers, top and wear layers as well as sealants all approved by building inspectorates. This means that your surfaces and equipment can reliably withstand occuring stresses and stand up to the most intense scrutiny.

STEULER-KCH manufactures customised kiln furniture in a variety of grades and formats. Our firing shelves, product trays, round batts, rectangular batts, sintering carriers, saggers and posts are manufactured using the dry press process. The base materials are raw components such as andalusite, cordierite, mullite and corundum. STEULER-KCH kiln furniture merges thermal, mechanical and chemical loads with geometric demands to create a higher quality system.

Pipe bundles for wet electrostatic filters – one of STEULER-KCH`s success stories. Our extremely corrosion-resistant, lightweight and durable pipe bundles made from thermoplastic are used in situations where constructions made from conventional materials are unsuitable. We use flame-retardant plastics that we can also supply with electrically conductive surfaces if required.

STEULER-KCH rubber linings effectively protect steel and concrete structures against attack from aggressive chemicals and high mechanical stresses. Whether on site or as workshop rubber linings – we`re the experts when it comes to effective corrosion protection.

Acid-resistant tile linings (combined linings) from STEULER-KCH protect industrial floors from chemical attack and abrasion. Even when subjected to heavy loads, scratching or mechanical abrasion – our tile linings can withstand the most extreme conditions and are non-slip as well. This increases occupational safety and improves operational processes.

BEKAPLAST is the name for one of STEULER-KCH`s mechanically anchored linings. Special conically shaped anchoring studs create a mechanical connection between the plastic lining and concrete substrate. Durable, repairable and highly impact-resistant – for over 40 years, BEKAPLAST has proven its itself in the chemical industry, in vessel construction and with municipalities.

STEULER-KCH is your expert for piping systems made from glass fibre reinforced plastics, either with or without a thermoplastic lining. Our materials can withstand temperatures  of up to 200 °C and are used wherever conventional materials fail at an early stage due to lack of chemical resistance.
