Stolze - Reverse Osmosis Water Systems
Spring water can be desalinated and filtered using reverse osmosis. In our reverse osmosis systems, water flows under pressure, parallel to the membrane`s surface, whereby part of the water penetrates the membrane. Depending on the type of membrane, salts, organic substances, dissolved particles and the like remain behind in the main water flow. In addition to salts, bacteria (incl. Legionella bacteria) and viruses can be blocked by applying reverse osmosis. A wide range of standard systems is available; however, we can also always design a customer-specific system for you.
Stolze - Water Storage System
Rainwater, condensation water, irrigation water and drain water; there are many different types of water at play in today`s modern horticultural farms. Stolze provides various solutions for the storage of these various types of water. Based on special computational models, we can, in consultation with you, determine the most optimal form of storage and storage capacity.
Stolze - Pump Sets and Water Units
Stolze designs, develops and builds its own units. Our Unit Building department builds a tailored unit for every installation. The unit is equipped with our own switch panels that provide space for the complete pump circuitry, automation and PLCs. All required components, such as switch panels, pumps, filters and valves, are placed in standardised stainless steel frames in accordance with a pre-designed layout.
Stolze - High Pressure Fog System
In addition to improving air humidity, high pressure fog systems also cool the ambient temperature. These systems can produce a decrease in temperature of 4 to 7 degrees Celsius. By introducing fog into the greenhouse, the fog will evaporate in a warm environment. Evaporating water consumes energy. This energy is extracted from its environment by the evaporating fog. This way the ambient temperature in a greenhouse will experience a substantial drop.
