StrataBlock reinforced soil wall is a composite system consisting of concrete block units in combination with a mass of soil which is reinforced and stabilised by StrataGrid. StrataBlock wall units have a built-in slope and are self-aligning. They are cast with an inter-locking system in the form of an anchor key built into each unit which enables the alignment of blocks. Another key feature offered by StrataBlockunits is the build-up of a vertical stone column (via aggregates) which adds additional stability to the wall.

StrataWeb (Geocell) is a lightweight, but strong, three-dimensional honeycomb shaped cellular confinement system. It can be used as a foundation reinforcement mat for improvement of load bearing capacities of weak soils and as an erosion control barrier for slope surfaces. As a load support system, StrataWeb effectively improves the load carrying capacities of weak soils. The strong, yet flexible cellular structure of StrataWeb confines the in-filled material and creates a stable base for load distribution. StrataWeb may be used within road sections/ container yard pavements or below foundations, essentially to distribute the imposed load over a larger area. StrataWeb geocell slope protection system is a low-cost, high performance solution that addresses slope erosion challenges while providing several facing options such as vegetation for aesthetic cover, concrete for permanent cover etc., thereby enabling a sustainable footprint.

StrataBase is a geogrid made up of extruded polypropylene which provides superior stiffness, structural reinforcement, aperture stability and interlock capabilities. It reduces lateral spreading of the base course thereby increasing the structural performance. It helps in reducing the aggregate thickness.

StrataWall is a T-shaped / Square shaped concrete panel-faced reinforced soil wall system. The granular backfill is reinforced with StrataGrid to create an internally stabilized mass of reinforced soil which withstands both static as well as dynamic loads. StrataGrid is connected to the concrete panels using a positive mechanical connection of galvanized steel loops and a PVC covered galvanized steel rod. StrataWall is a near vertical reinforced soil wall which may be constructed as a single monolith or in steps. The facing being large precast slabs of around 3 sqm can be rendered with aesthetically pleasing surfaces. StrataWall is a cost effective alternative to comparable steel soil reinforcement or conventional reinforced cement concrete retaining walls. StrataWall panels are precast at project site resulting in easy availability and faster construction.

StrataSlope, an environment-friendly green-faced solution, can substantially increase usable land for change-of-grade applications. In addition, the cost associated with StrataSlopeTM is significantly lower than those associated with comparable alternates. StrataSlope can lead to many interesting benefits such as creating usable space at the top or toe of the slope and eliminating the cost of concrete facing elements. StrataSlope can therefore be constructed steeper than the soil’s natural angle of repose. StrataSlope increases the usable land and offers the land developer the flexibility to create stable structures that fit the natural contours of the land.

The BEBO arch system was developed utilizing both the above concepts as a precast concrete arch bridge system in Switzerland. The word BEBO is derived from the German words "BEton BOgen" which stands for concrete arch. The system was developed in 1965 by Swiss engineer Dr. Werner Heierli and first installed in Switzerland in 1966. Ever since it has been used the world over and conforms to various international design standards and codes such US AASHTO, Canadian, British, European, Australian etc. The BEBO system comprises of precast arches which are transported to the site and installed piece by piece to form a full bridge. The arches are fabricated at a central casting yard using patented moulds. BEBO offers the world`s largest span for precast arches offering spans from 3.6m to 31m.

StrataGrid is a polyester, flexible, high-performance geogrid used in soil reinforcement and other civil engineering applications. StrataGrid is manufactured using a high-grade polyester yarn with special, high-tenacity, and low-creep properties knitted into a network and then coated with a proprietary coating. It is di erentiated from other geogrids with its superior elongation and stress-strain values, its wide widths (up to 5.7 m wide) and customized lengths. StrataGrid is available in two series: uniaxial and biaxial. StrataGrid uniaxial series has a range of ultimate tensile strengths ranging from 20 kN to 800 kN for varying design applications. The StrataGrid biaxial series has a range from 20 kN to 200 kN. StrataGrid is tested in GAI-LAP accredited labs and is CE, NTPEP, and ISO certified.
