Air Amplifier
HI-Temp Adjustable Air Amplifier
The Streamtek Air Amplifier is a simple, low cost way to move smoke, air, light materials, and fumes. Using just a small amount of compressed air as their power source, Air Amplifiers pull in massive volumes of air from the surrounding environment to produce high velocity, high volume outlet flows. Quiet, efficient Streamtek Air Amplifiers will create output flows up to 25 times their consumption rate.
Air Conceyors
STREAMTEK - Threaded Air Conveyor
The Air Conveyor simply uses compressed air to move items or media! The compressed air is injected into the Air Conveyor using a standard NPT fitting. This creates a vacuum-like effect at one end and a high output flow at the other. The Air Conveyor system can transport all types of solids in large volumes over great distances, all with absolutely no moving parts. This pneumatic conveying system is available up to 3″ (76mm) in size.

Ionizing Ion Bar
Streamtek’s high performance bar utilizes advanced electro-static technology to eliminate costly static electricity problems. Compatible with most power supplies, from 4 Kilovolts to 8 Kilovolts, Streamtke Ionizing Bars effectively eliminates positive and negative static charges that interfere with product quality and production speeds, while decreasing downtime and rejects.
Regular Ion Air Knife
A static charge causes a great deal of issues, such as: Product clinging to rollers, itself, frames or machine beds. Dust sticking to product. Materials curling, jamming, or tearing. Sheet Feeding. Streamtek’s shockless ionizers are powered by electricity and output a bulk of positive and negative ions to the surface of your charged product(s) to neutralize and restore the electrical balance.
Air Nozzles & Jets
STREAMTEK - High Velocity Air Jet
The STREAMTEK High Velocity Air Jet will provide you with absolute maximum thrust with a confined, directed stream of air. This high velocity high force air jet is commonly used for chip removal, part ejection and part drying

Advanced Ion Air Knife
A static charge causes a great deal of issues, such as: Product clinging to rollers, itself, frames or machine beds. Dust sticking to product. Materials curling, jamming, or tearing. Sheet feeding. Quickly determine the source of your static problem! Our portable Digital Static Meter consistently produces accurate readings of static charges with ease and offers years of trouble-free operation.
Streamtek - Air Knife
The Regular Air Knives performs at a 30:1 air amplification ratio that is less efficient that the Advanced Air Knife. Air consumption is ~3.4 SCFM per inch at 80 PSIG. (Made from aluminum or stainless steel metals.). The Advanced Air Knife provides the best performance with a 40:1 air amplification ratio, making it the most efficient. Air consumption is ~2.9 SCFM per inch at 80 PSIG. (Made from aluminum or stainless steel metals.)

Regular Air Knife Information
Air Knife Systems utilize compressed air for industrial applications. The curtain-like airflow of the Air Knife (a.k.a. air curtain) is used to: dry, clean, remove excess oils, liquids and dust from your application. The Air Knife may also be used for: printing and labeling, part or component cooling, converting and packaging, films and laminating, form and fill, sheet and web materials, bag opening/fill operations, conveying, food processing and paint preparation.
