Cobra Scatter Systems

Animal comfort: The Cobra Easy Bed is a fully automatic scattering system for various bedding products such as biobedding, (straw) pellets or sawdust. Daily spreading creates an even and dry cubicle that offers optimal lying comfort. Because no cows have to be driven away to refill the box, there is more peace in the barn.

Python Spreader

Automatic spreading of straw stalls - The Python Spreader is a straw spreader for round and square bales that moves through the barn mounted on a rail. A voltage rail provides a constant and reliable power supply to the machine. With a straw spreader, spreading is done daily and evenly. Constantly using a small layer of straw saves the straw.

Vacuum Evaporator

Evaporating at low temperatures: In this technique, the liquid is placed under a vacuum. This lowers the boiling point and the liquid starts to evaporate at low temperatures of about 40 degrees Celsius. The Strocon evaporator is designed to be able to evaporate high concentrations. Energy-efficient upgrading of residual flows: By using energy-saving techniques, only a small amount of energy is required. Under normal circumstances 700 Wh/l is required for the evaporation of water, with the Strocon vacuum evaporator a maximum of 250 Wh/l is required.

Drying Tunnel

Drying of agricultural and agro-industrial residual flows: The latest generation of drying tunnels are made of stainless steel and of industrial quality. Corrosion caused by ammonia or acids is thus prevented and a long service life is guaranteed. Strocon`s many years of experience has resulted in a sustainable drying tunnel.

Thin Fraction Processing

High efficiency separation: The first step in the process is separating the manure into a thick and a thin fraction. The thick fraction has a high percentage of the ingoing phosphate and the thin fraction has a low dry matter content.
