Structural Strengthening
Structural Technologies - Structural Reinforcement System
The CSS V-Wrap™ system represents an innovative approach to structural reinforcement, aiming to enhance the load-carrying capacity, ductility, and seismic resistance of various structures such as buildings, bridges, silos, and tanks. Engineered for seamless application, the system leverages composite materials to provide significant improvements in flexural, axial, and shear strength while maintaining a lightweight profile. This system is ICC-ES certified (ESR 4930), affirming its compliance with industry standards and ensuring long-term durability. The V-Wrap™ system is particularly advantageous in scenarios with limited access or complex geometries, as it offers a low profile installation, typically between 1/8 and 1/4 inch in thickness, thereby minimizing aesthetic impact. It is designed to offer a comprehensive solution for concrete strengthening and repair, in collaboration with Simpson Strong-Tie, to provide clients with reliable products, effective installation, and robust support.
Post-Tensioning Products & Solutions
Structural Technologies - Unbonded Monostrand Post-Tensioning Systems for Corrosive Environments
STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES manufactures and designs post-tensioning systems to increase or restore the load-carrying capacity of various structures. Our unbonded monostrand post-tensioning systems offer straightforward, cost-effective installation. These systems utilize 0.5” and 0.6” diameter strands and are particularly suited for use in corrosive environments. Each strand is protected with greased plastic sleeves and anchored with grease-filled end caps.
Pipe Rehabilitation & Renewal
StrongPIPE - Carbon Fiber Pipeline Strengthening System
