Through the connection of cables, the so-called splicing (cable welding), through connectors and end connectors can be realized. Resistance welding technology makes it possible to reliably connect copper cables or other alloys with or without a coating. With the right equipment for every range, cable connections from 0.1 to 400 mm² can currently be implemented.

Increasingly smaller components in industries such as automotive electrics / electronics, medical technology, microsystem technology and electronics require increasingly difficult solutions for creating reliable electrical and mechanical connections. These can often only be achieved through automated production.

Terminal welding by means of resistance technology enables the connection of cable strands or pigtails to various components such as: contacts, plugs, welding rings, switches and others. With the resistance welding it is possible to process the strands with a cross section of 0.1 mm² (micro area) to 300 mm². The various mixed compounds and also special alloys can be connected here.
