The ESX.3xm is a highly customizable control unit from STW built for use in harsh mobile applications. This controller provides up to 65 software-configurable inputs and outputs due to the modular design. With 14 different expansion boards to choose from, this off-highway rated controller is ready to meet the needs of any mobile machine OEM at any scale. It also supports a multitude of programming environments such as C, logi.CAD, CODESYS, and MATLAB.

The ESX-3XL is a highly adaptable, scalable, powerful controller with up to 136 I/O points. Its innovative expansion board architecture provides controls engineers with the flexibility to future-proof their design. Six expansion board slots can be used to add I/O and communications capabilities in the initial design or at later stages when enhanced functionality is desired. The expansion board architecture also ensures that a design is optimized for the specific requirements of the mobile application without sacrificing durability.

The HPX.ai‑vision is a robust high-performance controller designed for environment detection and process automation on mobile machines. It integrates AI-based sensor fusion and functional safety to provide advanced processing capabilities even in harsh environment.

The ESX.4cl-ag is a powerful and compact programmable control unit designed for demanding mobile machine applications where space and performance are critical. It combines robust housing, high-speed connectivity, and extensive I/O capabilities to support advanced control and communication functions.

The IQ SBlock is designed for the mobile controls market as it uses J1939 for communication. The family will include Input, Output and Combination blocks, each with amperages up to 52A. These blocks reduce your wiring efforts by minimizing the need for spider web harnesses, while at the same time allowing for shorter cable runs to each device. Each I/O point on the block has LED indicators along with short circuit and over current protection making troubleshooting a breeze.

Pressure Transmitter A08 is used for gauge pressure. It is a robust and cost-effective pressure transmitter for industrial requirements. As A08-XHT it is also available with a max. media temperature of up to 200°C.
