Subsea Energy Solutions can manufacture a range of navigation buoys and data buoy platforms suitable for a multitude of uses including shallow water applications, typical for river or lake installation and associated monitoring through to larger 4m platforms suitable for exposed offshore environments. Typically the core is manufactured from Closed-Cell Polyethylene (PE) Foam and coated with a durable, flexible and abrasion resistant Polyurethane (PU) Elastomer Skin. The PE core ensures that buoyancy is retained if the tough PU skin is punctured.

We manufacture a range of marker buoys covering a multitude of applications including lakes, inner harbours, rivers and sheltered water locations. There are 10 different configurations available as standard which can range from 0.6m-1.5m.

We offer a number of self fendering, abrasion resistant chain support buoys. Our standard configurations include : Swivel eyes top and bottom, Through-Chain, Pick up buoys.

SUB-BUNG-OWF-T Topside Grouting Bungs are utilsed during the transition piece (TP) to monopile (MP) grouting operations. The annular gap between the two structures is bottom filled injected with a grouting mixture. To ensure the grouting mixture level fills to the top of the annular gap, air must be vented to prevent a grouting airlock. SUB-BUNG-OWF-T Topside Grouting Bungs comprise a snorkel guided vertically into the hollow air-pocket. Once the bung is activated and sealing either 03-off or 04-off, 60 mm diameter holes, the grout mixture level shall fill to the top of the annular gap ensuring grouting joint integrity.

SUB-CENTRALISERS J-tube Centralisers are engineered to centralise Umbilical, Riser and Flowline with j-tubes & j-tube bellmouths. By umbilical type (hydraulic umbilical, electro hydraulic umbilical, electro-fibre optical hydraulic umbilical and electro hydraulic and electro-fibre optical hydraulic umbilical with medium voltage cores) and by riser type (production riser, drilling riser, work over riser and others.

SUB-CLAMP-SWIVEL Swivel Subsea Clamps are utilised within specific subsea applications where there is a requirement to control cables in a desired subsea midwater column location. Swivel Subsea Clamps are used for clamping onto cables, umbilical’s, risers, flowlines, hoses and thermoplastic composite pipes. Swivel Subsea Clamps are a bespoke product designed, manufactured and tested specifically to suit the requirements of each project.

SUB-EQD Emergency Quick Disconnect Systems were designed as a solution to mitigate risks involved with vessel black ship, drift off, loss of DP and adverse weather conditions, Subsea energy solutions have experience in the design and production of complex subsea Emergency Quick Disconnect (EQD) systems. Our EQD solutions can integrate gimbals, swivels, running tools and guidance posts to assist and overcome operational factors such as alignment, side loads, pull out angle, overpull and ejection.
