The Janssen Point Repair is the only no-dig process to completely rebuild damaged pipe while remedying the source of pipe damage: faulty bedding and missing structural support. A remotely positioned packer pressure-injects a two-component polyurethane resin that penetrates pipe cracks, replaces missing wall pieces, and fills voids in the pipe bedding. The existing pipe is rebuilt without any reduction to its diameter. The hardened resin permanently seals against roots, infiltration, and exfiltration, thereby preventing new voids. The repair spans the full circumference of the pipe, addressing problems at any clock position.

Injection Process for Structural Lateral Connection Rehab. Janssen Process is the only no-dig remedy addressing the underlying cause of lateral connection failures: inadequate bedding and structural support. A two-component resin is robotically pressure-injected into the cavities around a lateral, creating bedding that permanently eliminates root intrusion, infiltration and voids. Cracks, shards and missing wall pieces in the main or the lateral are filled, sealed and rebuilt even under the most adverse groundwater conditions in the full circumference of the respective pipe. With relined pipes the resin seals the annulus between the liner and the host pipe at the lateral interface, preventing seepage between the two.

Injection process for the repair of faulty joints in sewers. The CemConex mineral injection material consists of two components, which are individually mixed in suspension above ground, and then mixed together in the packer immediately prior to injection at the repair site. Before final mixing, the individual components have a long pot life. After final mixing, they cure within approximately 3 minutes. For this reason, the packer can advance to the next joint shortly after each injection, allowing for quick, continuous operation.

Injection Process for the Reconnection of Laterals to lined or main sewer pipes and Point Repairs. Janssen Fast Inject is a novel process for the quick and permanent reconnection of laterals to lined or main sewer pipes as well as for point repairs. A 2 component PU resin is pumped from a service vehicle to a packer, where it is mixed immediately before reaching the point of repair, where it is injected into the defect area.
