Ultrafiltration Ecoskid
Exclusive Aquasource Process. Skid and Ecoskid™ are standard, autonomous and automatic Ultrafiltration units. They are equipped with all the elements necessary to their operation (pumps, automate, chlorinating systems, pre-filtration,…).
Ultrasource
Unit equipped with all elements needed for its functioning. Working by dead-end filtration with a special backwash mode to avoid the use of a backwash tank. Frontal filtration is used for certain types of water. Exclusive Aquasource Process. The compactness of Ultrasource ® allows for easy and immediate integration in various environments. Commissioning in 1 day.
Ultrafiltration Skid
Unit equipped with all elements needed for its functioning (pump, automated system, chlorination system, prefiltration). Depending on the quality of the row water, the skid offers two filtration mode - dead-end or cross-flow. The skid carries out a series of regular and variable filtrations and backwashings depending on the water quality. This type of filtration can be combined with the Cristal®.
Aquasource Hollow Fibers
Performances measured in hundredths of micrometers. Aquasource membranes have a pore diameter of about 0.01 µm. They are made of two materials: Cellulose Acetate, Hydrophilic polysulfone. The type of filtration used by Aquasource membranes is interior towards exterior. With the commissioning of its first ultrafiltration modules in 1989 (first application in the world of the process of clarification-disinfecting of drinking water by ultrafiltration in Amoncourt, in France), Aquasource has benefited from its very concrete experience with the effective qualities of its membranes.
Ultrafiltration Modules
The fibers are assembled in bundles and are arranged within a tube of composite material, the housing. The bundles are held together with resin potting, ensuring perfect separation of raw water and treated water. Aquasource offers a line of modules ranging from 1 to 125 m2 of ultrafiltering surface. The number of fibers determines the membrane filtration surface of the module. Thanks to this capacity range, Aquasource can exactly meet the expected flow rates by equipping its variable size and adjustable units.
