The revolutionary Optometric Doser, MCNexus from Movacolor, is the new standard for dosing extreme small amounts of masterbatch. It is an ultra-compact dosing unit, able to dose pellet by pellet masterbatches or additives in various shapes and sizes. For different small injection moulding machines, we have adapters available.

These plastic granulators are ideal for recycling both rigid and flexible materials such as sprues, injection moulded or extruded plastic parts. This multi-purpose plastics granulator range boasts the lowest running costs per kilo of any machine on the market.

The ZIS series of shredders from ZERMA, are single-shaft shredders with increased internal cutting chamber volume. The redesigned hydraulic pusher system creates approx. 35% more internal space in the cutting chamber while increasing the power and speed of the ram itself, to handle voluminous parts such as IBC’s, wheelie bins, pallets, large drums etc.

The ZHS Horizontal Shredders from ZERMA, are single shaft shredders featuring an angled hydraulic ram suitable for a wide range of material shapes and sizes.

The ZBS series of Compact Shredders from ZERMA, are single shaft shredders with a tangential infeed to eliminate the need for a hydraulic feeding system. The space saving design combined with the plug and play control make this machine flexible and installation is quick.

The Low Energy Rotor Wheel Dryers from VISMEC are a superb machine for the general drying of all hygroscopic materials utilising the latest technology. Its honeycomb technology guarantees 40% consumption saving when compared to traditional twin tower desiccant dryers. Models are available for installation on or next to the drying hopper.
