SunCoal - Bio Based Chemicals
Since 2015, SunCoal has been developing its Biorefinery Technology for the conversion of lignocellulosics to bio-based platform chemicals which can be used in material applications in the chemical industry. Suitable feedstocks are hydrolysates, carbohydrates or sugars. Bio-based chemicals produced by SunCoal`s Biorefinery Technology can range in price from 500 - 1,500 USD/ton.
SunCoal - Separation Technology for Sludge Dewatering
SunCoal`s Separation Technology decreases disposal costs for organic sludges by improving the dewatering capacity. After SunCoal`s separation treatment, the generated, carbonized and dewatered filter cake from organic sludges can be utilized for sustainable and climate-friendly generation of heat and power. SunCoal offers industrial-scale plants for sludge treatment in collaboration with Valmet.
