Advances Digital Automatic Karl Fischer Titration Apparatus, Microprocessor Based This is an advance instrument having compatibility with PC to store all the data of the sample under test. Suitable software, supplied with the instrument, enables to accept the data through the serial port of the PC. The software, available on the CD, can be installed on the PC and then the data can be transferred from the instrument to the PC. On pressing the result key, the result in terms of Percentage & PPM is displayed on the instrument. At the same time all relevant data like Sample Quantity, Density, Percentage, PPM is transferred to the PC through the Serial Communication Port. The data stored in the PC can not be altered. A Search command is useful to access the data Batch wise and Date wise. Also one can create the Report of the daily testing using Report facility.

Digital Bulk Density Apparatus Bulk Density Apparatus is a specially designed to study the packing down of powder beds of different pharmaceutical and chemical powders, flakes, pellets, granules and other bulk substances. Bulk Density is an essential test required in the process of tablet, capsule filling and cosmetic manufacturing The system is equipped with microcontroller based digital display for displaying accurate and exact stroke count and soft touch membrane type keys for ease of operation. The system has 'SET', 'UP' and 'DOWN' keys, for setting the total number of required strokes (Set Count) for the current measurement session. User can set to any number of required strokes within the range from 1 to 9999 counts. The system automatically stores the last 'Set Count' value which is retained in the memory even when the instrument is switched off.

Digital Automatic Tap Digital Automatic Tap Density Test Apparatus is designed to hold two cylinders, capacity: 100 ml & 250 ml. The mechanism provides simultaneously rotating and tapping motion to the cylinders for packing the sample under test, evenly and uniformly. The equipment meets the requirements of USP Standards suitable for Method-I & Method-II. The user-friendly microprocessor based circuitry enables to select two different modes of testing tap density. In USP-I or USP-II mode, the numbers of taps are fixed and they can be set accordingly. The other is user mode in which, the user can select the number of taps as per requirement. The apparatus will run on the selected mode and at the end of the test, it will calculate and display the percentage difference between tapped volume and tapped density, compressibility index and Housner ratio automatically.
