“ACE” copper bonded earth rod are made from low carbon Steel. Earth Rods are molecularly bonded with 99.9% pure electrolytic copper.

These are used for Connecting Rod to Cable. Available with different Rod & Cable size.

Material - Gunmetal / Brass. These are used with 8 mm conductor or for supporting Air Terminals when used in conjuction with wall mounted Air Terminal base.

Material - Copper Alloy: Coupler are made from copper alloy & counter bored to completely enclose threads, protecting them from damage & corrosion.

“ACE” solid copper earth rods are made from 99.9% pure electrolytic copper. Solid Copper rods offer greater resistance to corrosion. They are ideally used in applications where soil conditions are very aggressive. For eg. Soil with high salt content.

With inspection hole hole and barrel ends are champhered for easy entry.

Suitable for copper conductor. Range 0.5 - 1 000 mm2. Seamless copper tube. Electro tinned. Cable area clearly identified on the lug.

Application: For use with armour or braided cable, secures armouring and provides electrical  continuity between armour and gland entry component mainly used in dry and indoor condition.
