Supercritical - Supercritical Fluid Extraction System (SFE)
The SFT-25 SCF Pump is a robust, high precision carbon dioxide pump designed to deliver liquid CO2 up to 10,000 psi (68.9 MPa). The SFT-25 pump is capable of flow rates up to 125 ml/min and is ideally suited for preparatory scale supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) and supercritical fluid extrusion applications.
Supercritical - High Precision Carbon Dioxide Pump
The SFT-10 is a robust, high precision carbon dioxide pump designed to deliver liquid carbon dioxide at pressures up to 10,000 psi (68.9 MPa). It may be used to deliver both liquid and supercritical CO2 to new and existing SFE equipment, including SFT’s model 110 SFE. It provides the capability to perform supercritical fluid reaction chemistry (SFR) when used to deliver carbon dioxide to one of SFT’s HPR Series™ high pressure chemical reactors. The SFT-10 incorporates a high performance, dual piston pump which rapidly produces the pressures required for supercritical fluid and other high pressure applications. Software safeguards protect from accidental over pressurization. The pressure set point is controlled from a push button display located on the control module’s front panel.
Supercritical - Fluid Extractor (SFE)
The SFT-110XW Supercritical Fluid Extractor (SFE) is an entry level system which possesses many features typically found in more costly Supercritical Fluid Extraction equipment. It may be used for a variety of applications from routine analytical work to basic process development. The SFT-110XW was developed for people who want to investigate the feasibility of applying supercritical fluid extraction techniques to a wide variety of analytical and processing problems. In addition to its numerous industrial uses, the SFT-110XW is well suited to the needs of colleges and universities. It is so affordable that it may be incorporated into teaching laboratories. At the same time, it is capable enough to be used for serious research.

Supercritical - Supercritical Fluid Extraction System (SFE)
The SFT-150 Supercritical Fluid Extraction System has been developed to investigate the feasibility of applying supercritical fluid techniques to various analyses and processing situations. The SFT-150 makes this possible without incurring the larger capital investment required for our more automated and integrated systems. Whether it’s repetitive laboratory extractions or process development and optimization, the SFT-150 provides an excellent introduction to the power and versatility of SFE technology.
Supercritical - Fluid Extraction Processing System (SFE)
The SFT-250 SFE Processing System is designed to perform extractions in a supercritical fluid media. This system was engineered to meet the day-to-day rigors of the research laboratory and may be used for small scale pilot processing. The SFT-250 is simple to operate, easy to modify for evolving application needs, and features many of the performance characteristics of fully automated pilot scale systems. The SFT-250 offers the maximum flexibility and safety features of any laboratory supercritical fluid extraction instrument available in the market today.
Supercritical - Fluid Phase Monitor
The SFT Phase Monitor II is a powerful analytical tool for determining the solubility parameters of compounds and mixtures in subcritical and supercritical fluids. It provides direct, visual observation of materials under conditions precisely controlled by the researcher. Experiments can be performed in liquid or supercritical carbon dioxide and in other liquefied gases. Additionally, the effect of co-solvents on the solubility of compounds in supercritical carbon dioxide can be investigated with this instrument. It allows the end user to view dissolution, precipitation, and crystallization of compounds over a wide range of pressures and temperatures. Experiments may be performed from a few hundred psi to 10,000 psi (68.9MPa) and from ambient temperature to 150° Celsius.
Supercritical - Fluid Extraction System
The SFT-NPX-10 Processing System is designed to perform supercritical fluid extractions incorporating either single or optional dual 5, 10, 20 Liter sample vessels with single or optional dual separators, and integrated interface controls. The system includes features that facilitate the transition from our laboratory scale equipment to production processing systems. This system is configured to enable supercritical carbon dioxide (SCCO2) extraction using 10 Liter extraction vessel(s) in a single or dual configuration rated for operation up to 690 bar and 120°C. The system includes either one or two separator vessels, a pneumatic CO2 pump with an integral waterless pre-chiller to maximize pumping efficiency, and all associated valves and piping.
