Board Extrusion Line
JWELL - Model XPS - Heat Insulation Foaming Board Extrusion Line with CO2 Foaming Technology
This system utilizes CO2 foaming technology for producing XPS heat insulation plates with a closed-cell structure, offering superior thermal insulation qualities. The extrusion line processes recycled EPS granules through various stages, including a die foaming extruder and calibrator. These plates are characterized by low density, reduced water absorption, and excellent resistance to thermal conduction and vapor penetration, making them suitable for diverse applications such as residential insulation, cold storage, and engineering projects. The machinery comprises two types of screw extruders, namely the single screw tandem and the co-rotating twin screw with a single extrusion setup. The system integrates eco-friendly CO2 as the foaming agent, replacing traditional freon and butane agents. JWELL ensures product quality by adhering to international standards and offers tailored solutions for extrusion line orders through modern production practices and technical service support.
Pipe Extrusion Line
JWELL - Model RTP - Pipe Production Equipment for Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipes
The RTP Pipe Production Equipment by Suzhou Jwell Machinery Co., Ltd. is engineered to manufacture Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipes (RTP) through an advanced one-step production process. This process enhances efficiency by eliminating repeated uncoiling and transportation, and ensures continuous pipe production up to 315 mm in diameter. The equipment supports a variety of reinforcing materials, enabling the production pipes to handle working pressures over 15 MPa. The system excels in RTP structure design, offering sophisticated multi-layer winding and wrapping techniques, supported by advanced process control software. RTP pipes, benefiting from high flexibility and a pressure-bearing capacity exceeding 60 MPa, are typically utilized in demanding applications like oil and gas transportation and municipal water systems.
