The economizers exhaust gas boilers GN ECO have been studied to be installed in all types of industrial processes when discharging hot gasses in the atmosphere. Hot gasses, flowing through the GN ECO are used to heat countercurrent, another fluid utilized in industrial processes, achieving important energy savings while reducing operating costs.

Over 5000 units installed in every field of industry, from laundries to large chemical pharmaceutical, textile and mechanical factories have brillantly solved the problem of steam production at low costs. In the range of the model for producing steam power from 120 up to 8000 Kg/h, you can find the most suitable for your needs or realize high power plants with several units working simultaneously. GMT - GMT/V generators are forced circulation steam boilers based on the La Mont principIe, according to which water, forced by one or several pumps, circulates through pipes forming the heated surface. This surface is divided into three sections. The first one forms the economizer which takes care of the water preheating until it reaches the evaporation temperature. The second one is the vaporizer where the water is transformed into steam.

Many technological processes, above all in the food industry, need to use high temperatures (higher than 250°C). High temperatures are usually obtained using thermal oil but, new regulations, do not allow to use thermal oil where there is danger to pollute the food under process. In these cases it is a must to use high pressure steam up to 110 bar, for having temperatures up to 318°C. We have studied and produce our steam generators GMT/HP that, working wi th closed circuit and with natural circulation (no pump is needed) can produce steam up to 110 bar.All installations using GMT/HP work without pump, steam traps, water treatment and feed water tanks.
