SWIFTCLEAN CLEAR POND is a dry blend of naturally occurring, scientifically selected microbes, enzymes and nutrients formulated to perform decomposition and digestion of the biomass ( sludge ) that builds up in pond bottoms over time. Because of the diversity of the microorganisms and enzyme systems, SWIFTCLEAN CLEAR POND is excellent for increasing water clarity. This sludge results from the influx of falling leaves, fish and bird wastes, and other organic and inorganic nutrient runoff from the surrounding watershed. SWIFTCLEAN CLEAR POND is a blend of six select facultative and aerobic microbial cultures, which are effective across a wide range of substrates. The microbes in this product produce specific amylase, ligninase, cellulase, lipase, protease, pectinase and keratinase enzymes.
