Audit Evaluation and Consultancy Services

SWR never start a conversation with “How many bins do you want?” We work closely with you to fully understand your business and its current waste arrangements. We assess the waste produced across the entire business through onsite reviews of the full waste journey, from creation through to disposal, including the amounts and type of waste being generated.We then recommend where operational efficiencies, cost savings and improved environmental performance can be achieved. Then throughout the service relationship we continue to evaluate periodically, setting goals and targets on a regular basis.

Management & Support Services

You won’t find any Account Managers at SWR, we leave that to the accountants. At SWR we have Service Managers and the difference is fundamental. Our Service Managers are never incentivised to increase what our customers spend. After all we are here to save customers money. The job of the SM is to ensure that we are delivering what we said we would and to work with customers to meet any targets that we have agreed between us.The Service Manager is also an escalation point for any issues that our Customer Service teams need assistance in resolving. SWR is genuinely committed to providing the best customer experience in the industry and we have recruited staff from a number of industries that have led the way in terms of customer service.

In line with our belief that SWR should to be able to meet any waste related requirement our customers may have, we are able to arrange the supply of a wide range of equipment and machinery to allow the best possible end to end waste processes to be implemented. In fact we even manufacture a glass crushing machine ourselves to help customers reduce the cost of glass collections.

Waste Collection Services

SWR takes pride in being able to manage any waste anywhere in the UK. Our business is inherently flexible by design. As well as having our own vehicles and facilities around the country that collect certain types of recyclable materials we also have a very wide network of trusted contractors with wide ranging capabilities. So it doesn’t matter what your requirements are, SWR will be able to recommend and provide the right set of services.

When we say “end to end” we mean exactly that. Everything on the services page forms a component of our full service. Our aim is to take as much of the waste management function away from our customers as it practically possible and by being single supplier for all areas of waste we simplify the subject significantly. SWR has invested heavily in its IT infrastructure over recent years and continues to do so. Our systems are specifically designed to control, track and report on every aspect of our customer’s waste activities.And because SWR is able to manage all of your waste at all of your sites our reporting is the most comprehensive available anywhere. We are able to provide summary reports for all or portions of your business as well as detailed site reports so you can see exactly what is going on.
