Prevention and organization of efficient means of intervention at sea are often the best way of avoiding a catastrophe. To ensure clean-up operations in port areas, on freshwater bodies or on rivers in particular, various solutions are available, such as bulk absorbent products, in the form of booms, Mobile Oil Skimmer or pollution clean-up vessels that provide easier maneuverability in hard-to-reach areas. For shoreline cleanup operations, SYCOPOL offers a range of recovery systems from oil suction devices to more complex disigns, as well as flexible tanks or collapsible ones. The final cleaning can be done by mechanical means or by using the bioremedation technique (accelerated biodegradation).

SYCOPOL offers also to centralize the control of oil fighting operations from a mobile headquarters (inflatable tents with AC).
