Spray Nozzle - Jet Spray Nozzle

Synergy - Wind Air Jet Nozzle

Synergy Spray Air nozzles are used for dispersing air or steam in a concentrated and straight jet. When using conventional air nozzles, air is blown through a single hole and the turbulence affects the quality of spraying application, creates noise and wastage of air. Air nozzles reduces the turbulence and have a flat fan or solid stream respective round fan spray pattern. Producing compressed air is expensive, which means it’s important to use it in the best possible way. Our air nozzles optimize energy use and enable quiet and efficient blowing with compressed air. Air Nozzles sold by us are easy to fit in tight space and engineered to efficiently use compressed air for optimal blow-off force. Air nozzles are commonly used for blowing with compressed air in industry when e.g. cleaning, drying, cooling, sorting and transporting objects.

Synergy - Jet Nozzle

Synergy Spray Systems solid stream nozzles produce compact, transparent solid stream jets of defined lengths. The almost turbulence-free liquid inflow achieves excellent efficiency, even without jet stabilizer in serts. For all cleaning processes, cutting operations and applications requiring perfect, jet impacts, i.e. whenever the point is to generate concentrated jet power, the precision of  Synergy solid stream nozzles enhances productivity and performance of your plant. There is a comprehensive range of solid stream nozzles in stainless steel with special hardening or with TC inserts for high-pressure use.

Spray Nozzle - Full Cone Spray Nozzle

Synergy - Full Cone Nozzle Swirls

Full cone Nozzle swirls the fluid with an internal vane to provide a uniform round conical flow of fluids. Full Cone Nozzle sprays pattern with medium to large sized drops.

Synergy - Full Cone Nozzle

Full Cone nozzles use a specially shaped vane placed at the nozzle inlet to give a rotational twist to the fluid flowing through the nozzle. Because of the rotational speed twisting of the fluid, water exiting the nozzle orifice is subjected to centrifugal force and opens up in the shape of a Full Cone. The extent of the angle of the cone is a function of both exit speed (created from the inlet pressure) and the internal design of the nozzle.

Synergy - Full Cone Spiral Nozzle

Full Cone nozzles use a specially shaped vane placed at the nozzle inlet to give a rotational twist to the fluid flowing through the nozzle. Because of the rotational speed twisting of the fluid, water exiting the nozzle orifice is subjected to centrifugal force and opens up in the shape of a Full Cone. The extent of the angle of the cone is a function of both exit speed (created from the inlet pressure) and the internal design of the nozzle. continuous liquid curtain evolving with the shape of a spiral inside a conical volume. The disadvantage of a scarcely even distribution is compensated by an exceptionally good resistance to clogging, large orifice and vaneless which make this nozzle the best choice in those applications such as wet scrubber, fire-fighting systems, etc. It can vary in practice from 15° to 120°.
