At Synthotech when our customers acquire one of our products, they are custodians of the equipment we have designed, developed, and manufactured for use. We take pride in everything we do, and when our products need servicing or repairing, we want to make sure we can get them back with you and operational as soon as possible.

For us, supplying innovative utility engineering solutions is just the beginning of the story. We believe it’s essential to provide you with open and reactive technical support whenever you need it and for as long as you need it.

Our Technical Support Engineers can support our customers with the use of owned equipment, using it on both water and gas networks. Our specialist services work in partnership with contract and utility teams, providing access into the pipework to allow for the survey or the maintenance operation to be performed. This is particularly useful when our customers have limited requirements to use our products, or they want to try them before they buy. We can also arrange ongoing repeat service contracts where the customer doesn’t have enough work to support the acquisition of some of the more involved products such as robots and maintenance systems.
