Engineering Services with Innovation
T&T has been instrumental in the development and introduction of many innovative and cost-effective technologies. Notable examples have included the following: In-Process©Fog suppression systems for ROM dump hoppers to control fugitive dust emissions. In-Process© Fog suppression systems for eliminating dust emissions from crushing and screening plants. In-Process© Passive Dust Controls in lieu of ducted dust extraction systems. Passive In-Process© air induction controls. Passive In-Process© screen feed chute and conveyor transfer air induction controls. All with the common objective of minimising fugitive or rogue dust emissions.
Plant Optimisation
This can take the form of plant audits, de-bottlenecking analysis or expansion and optimisation studies. Projects range in scope from skid mounted packages, to large scale "turnkey" plants involving civil & building works, process plant and equipment, services, control systems and infrastructure.
