Tach-It WAT-M Water Activated Tape Dispenser is the machine you need. Made in Italy by a renowned internationally recognized manufacturer of tape dispensing and applicating machinery, the WAT-M can cut WAT tape up to 43 inches long (1100 mm) with 1 pull of the handle. One advantage of the WAT-M is the wider brush that provides better and more consistent water coverage to the tape. Better water coverage on the tape provides better adhesion of the tape to the carton. Easy to use, the WAT-M has an ergonomic right handed design and the handle can be locked into position for consistent tape lengths. Our 45 ounce water bottle allows for all day productivity and the WAT-M has heavy duty construction, a corrosion resistant body and a small footprint to reduce bench space requirements.

This heavy duty automatic feed and cut definite length tape dispenser can work with 1 roll of tape up to 2 inch wide or 2 rolls of tape up to 1 inch wide each. As the most durable definite length dispenser due to the all metal internal components, the 6115 is reliable and easy to use with push button and LED controls and 4 programmable memory presets. The Tach-It Model 6115 can cut most types of pressure sensitive tape from 1/2 inch to 39.3 inches in length. The 6115 has 3 modes. In random mode, the operator presses the feed button until the desired length of tape is fed and then presses the cut button to cut the tape.

Realizing a need in the market for a machine between automatic label dispensers and a full inline labeling system, Tach-It created our MCU wipe-on label application assembly and control systems that can be mounted over existing conveyor systems. Having full touch screen controls including; 5 memory presets, dwell timer for exact label placement and target counter. the MCU Label Applicating Assembly offers an inexpensive way to automate any labeling operation where there is an existing conveyor. Easy to mount, the label head uses a non-contact sensor to detect the label and can use labels up to 5 inch wide and 11 inch long. Using stepper motor controls, the control system has adjustable motor speed to match the conveyor speed to ensure smooth applicaton of the label in the precise desired location. If portability is important, we offer the MCU wipe-on label application assembly and control system with a movable and adjustable stand.
